1. The Hoogah Business
Hoogah is a Limited company operating as a co-living brand that invests only in commercial properties that show the best potential for conversion to residential use. The investment objective will be to use permitted development to speed conversion times to maximise property value and rental yields.
2. Hoogah Advisors
Hoogah has a team of advisors that provide input on speculative projects. When the projects go 'live' the same advisors receive payment for professional services as required.
3. Hoogah Advisors benefits
We pay (pre-quoted) professional fees for services required once projects go live.
We offer advisors (that have expressed a wish to be included) the opportunity to co or joint invest in certain projects.
We share our learning outcomes with the Hoogah Advisory team.
